PROJECT OVERVIEW
Steps Support needed an easy to navigate, informative website that their target audience could easily find on Google and other search engines.
As well as this, Steps Support also wanted to attract potential employees to their website and make it easy for them to download their application form, fill it in and upload it to the form on the website. This was a great success as in the first day of the new site launch, Steps Support had over 40 new applications through, all just by going to an event and having this easily accessible on the website.
The reason for the site upgrade was that their previous website was a self-built website through wordpress, it lacked any design, the information wasnt organised and the SEO was nonexistent. This put off potential customers and resulted in a high bounce rate.

The previous site for Steps Support didnt have an application form or the ability to download said form.
This caused alot of extra work for the staff at Steps Support. Users had to first get into contact with Steps Support and have the application form sent over to them. The form was then sent back manually over email to Steps Support.
With this approach, the application form is readily available for anyone visiting the site and can easily be downloaded, filled in and then sent back from the Job Openings page.
CQC REPORT
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates all health and social care services in England. The commission ensures the quality and safety of care in hospitals, dentists, ambulances, and care homes, and the care given in people's own homes.
It is massively important to have this easily accessible for all care type websites. That is why we added this the the header and the footer of every page on the site.
EASY LOCATION AND EMPLOYEE JOINING
On the contact page, we chose to have Steps Supports location in case anyone needed to get to the offices.
As well as this we added a link to the job openings page to avoid having potential employees sending messages through the customer contact form.
